How Axios delivers digital products and services to our customers

Overview

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Axios delivers its digital products, including custom skins, retextures, and in-game cosmetic items to customers. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process from purchase to product delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Instant Digital Products: Most of our products are virtual and delivered instantly. Upon completing your purchase, you will typically have access to your product within 10 minutes.

Custom Work: Products requiring manual processing (such as custom skin commissions) may take 1-3 weeks. We will inform you of the expected delivery timeframe for these orders.

Delays: Server downtime, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you and provide an estimated delivery time.

Delivery Methods

Direct Integration: For products that integrate with your gaming account, the digital product will be added directly to your account upon successful transaction completion.

Email Delivery: Certain products are delivered via email containing all necessary details such as download links or activation codes.

In-Game Delivery: Many cosmetic items are delivered directly within the game environment. These enhance the gaming experience without conferring any gameplay advantage.

Skin Purchases Policy

Axios upholds the principles outlined in Bohemia Interactive's Monetization Policy. All skins offered are purely cosmetic and do not influence gameplay mechanics.

We strive to maintain a consistent offering of skins, however there may be situations where skins need to be temporarily removed or altered due to server requirements or operational needs.

By purchasing skins from Axios, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of changes to the availability or appearance of skins.

Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled due to the digital nature of our products.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital products purchased on our platform. All sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from this policy, both parties shall consult and negotiate in good faith to reach an equitable solution. If no resolution is reached within 60 days, disputes shall be settled by arbitration administered in the Netherlands in accordance with its rules.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Fulfillment Policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States. By using our services, you agree that U.S. federal and applicable state laws will apply to this policy and any disputes that may arise, without regard to conflict of law principles.
