By donating to Axios, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and supports the community's maintenance and development. Donations are non-refundable and do not grant donors any ownership, control, or special rights over the server, aside from the specific in-game or community perks outlined at the time of donation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any donation perks at our discretion. All perks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

All transactions, including donations and purchases of digital content, are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances to prevent fraud or chargebacks.

Digital products, including donation perks, are non-transferable, except for gift cards, which may be shared with other users.

Updates to mods, changes within the community, or game updates may result in certain re-textured items becoming unavailable.

Items obtained through purchases or donations may also be removed if:

• The user is banned for cheating or rule violations.
• Bans are imposed by Bohemia Interactive's Anti-Cheat software (BattleEye).
• Staff determine removal is appropriate due to prolonged inactivity in the community.

Recurring payments only apply if you specifically choose the Subscribe option when purchasing an item or perk. Subscriptions will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled.

If you use Add to Cart or Gift, your payment is a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription anytime through the Subscriptions page on our store or directly via your payment provider.

If you cancel a subscription:

• You'll keep access to all perks for the rest of the current 30-day billing period.
• No further charges will occur unless you choose to subscribe again.
